Solely for recruitment matching, consultant outreach, and (with your consent) sharing your profile with prospective employers.

You can request access, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing support@nxtconsultancy.in.

4. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. We retain candidate data for 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
